BEIJING, Feb. 21 (Xinhua) — The Chinese Football Association released a notice on the transfer and registration of players from the 2023-season Super League, middle A and Middle B clubs on the 21st through the official website.
In terms of domestic transfer registration, the first transfer window of China Super League and China Club is from February 22 to April 7, 2023, and the second transfer window is from July 1 to July 31, 2023 (tentative). The first transfer window of China B club is from February 22, 2023to April 14, and the second transfer window is from July 1, 2023to July 31 (tentative).
In addition, there is no quota limit for the newly transferred domestic players from the Super League, middle A and Middle B clubs. The transfer and registration of players in Hong Kong, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan refer to the notice of Chinese Football Association on relevant provisions of players in Hong Kong, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan region to participate in professional league matches 2018 (football word [2018] No. 36) the relevant procedures are handled. Naturalized players transfer and register according to the status of domestic players, and other procedures shall be handled according to relevant regulations.
The processing time of foreign-related transfer registration shall be subject to the domestic transfer registration processing time of Chinese Super League and Chinese club A.
The registration quota rules for foreign players are as follows:
1. In the first transfer window, the number of foreign players that can be registered in each Chinese Super League club shall not exceed 6; The number of foreign players that can be registered in each Chinese Super League club shall not exceed 3.
2. In the first and second transfer windows, the total number of foreign players that can be registered in each Chinese Super League club shall not exceed 7; The total number of foreign players that can be registered in each Chinese Super League club shall not exceed 4.
3. Only the Chinese Super League and the Chinese club have the qualification to introduce foreign players.
The Chinese Football Association said that after the Chinese Super League, the middle a and the Middle B clubs have obtained the corresponding League entry qualification for the 2023 season, they can only carry out the 2023 season players to work. In the process of handling the above work, if there is any violation of discipline, the Chinese Football Association will punish the relevant associations, clubs and personnel in accordance with the disciplinary guidelines of the Chinese Football Association.
