The International Sports Federation for middle school students issued a statement on the evening of 6 TH, saying: “In view of the strong earthquake in Turkey on Monday (6th) morning, we announced the cancellation of the 2023 World middle school winter games scheduled to be held in Erzurum on February 11-19.”
The International Sports Federation for middle school students also said in the statement: “On behalf of all members of the China Sports Federation, we express our deepest condolences to the Turkish people in trouble. We will overcome this difficulty with the Turkish people and express our deepest condolences and sympathy to the families of the victims. We hope that the Turkish people will overcome the difficulties with their courage and determination, and we will be with you.”
