The specific decision is as follows:
1. Ren mouwei (ID number: 110111-5213), a contestant A1390, tried to enter the Expo site illegally knowing that his health treasure was abnormal, seriously violating the relevant requirements for epidemic prevention. After research, according to Article 13 of the 13 penalty measures of “2022 shell Beijing Marathon Competition Regulations”, the Beijing Marathon will be punished for life-long ban, and the Chinese track and field association will be reported to impose additional punishment
2. Liu Mou, player E0879 (ID number: /2674), did not finish the whole race according to the prescribed route. He rode a shared bicycle from the track 6 kilometers to the vicinity of 36.5 kilometers and entered the track to finish the race illegally, serious violation of relevant regulations in the competition will cause adverse social impact. After research, according to Article 6 of the 13th penalty measures of “2022 shell Beijing Marathon Competition Regulations”, the Beijing Marathon will be punished for life-long suspension, and the Chinese track and field association will be reported to impose additional punishment.
The Beijing Marathon Organizing Committee will continue to investigate the violation of the competition and will be punished according to regulations if confirmed.
