Henan Traditional Sports of minority ethnic games will be held every four years. This sports meeting is the largest comprehensive traditional sports of minority ethnic event with the highest specifications and largest scale in the province. The competition is divided into two categories: Competition Project and Performance Project. Among them, the competition project includes 13 projects such as pearl ball and wooden ball. The performance project is divided into three categories: competition, skill and comprehensive, it is estimated that 33 entries will be compiled.
In order to ensure the smooth holding of the event, Zhoukou city has arranged 13 competition venues, including 6 indoor venues and 7 outdoor venues.
As the main competition venue, Zhoukou Sports Center undertakes the opening and closing ceremonies, shuttlecock, wooden ball, diabolo ball, Pearl Ball, escort, Board Shoes Racing, high speed racing, gyro, 9 competitions and all performance projects such as cuoqiu; The old gymnasium and the new gymnasium of Zhoukou Normal University undertake ethnic style wrestling and national martial arts competitions respectively; Shen Fengmei Art Center undertakes national aerobics competitions; the water sports center undertakes dragon boat races.
It is known that during the Games, 32 delegations will be formed from various provincial cities, Jiyuan demonstration areas and 14 institutions of higher learning in Henan province, with a scale of about 3,000 people. In order to effectively guarantee all guest meals and accommodation during the sports meeting, Zhoukou city selected 16 hotels to be responsible for reception and support.
