With the improvement of the surrounding road landscape, a transportation network centered on the Asian Games venue is becoming more and more perfect, which also attracts many surrounding residents to ride, jog, walk and enjoy leisure time.

The reporter learned that the Asian Games baseball and softball venues take the service concept of “before the game as the Asian Games and after the game as the community” and comprehensively consider the different needs before, during and after the game. After the Asian Games, a modern future community with baseball and softball as its theme will be built here, integrating nine scenes such as future neighborhood, future health, future architecture and future low carbon.
Among them, in order to create a characteristic scene of intelligent transportation in the future community and meet the diversified travel needs of residents, the venue also introduced a space capsule-shaped self-driving minibus. During the Hangzhou Asian Games, the self-driving minibus will open the self-driving route with baseball and softball venues as the core to provide connection services for community residents and spectators.
According to the introduction, the self-driving minibus uses the automatic driving technology, and the personnel in the car can control the speed, air conditioning, lighting, music and so on of the minibus through the voice interaction system. In the future, nearby people can also arrange cars on mobile APP to realize green and intelligent travel.
On the north side of the baseball and softball stadium, a new municipal road with a width of 28 meters and a length of more than 700 meters has been built. The side wall of the road is painted with Asian games patterns and promotional slogans. In the south of the baseball stadium, there is a 22-meter-high sculpture of “Baseball future community”, which takes three baseball poles and a baseball as the basic modeling, combining dots and lines to show vitality.
