During the meeting, Hangzhou sub-committee will give the 45 participating countries (regions) Olympic Committee a comprehensive introduction to the latest progress of preparations for the 2022 Asian Games in Hangzhou, and arrange participants to visit the Asian Games Village, competition venues and other facilities.
The organizing committee organizes the meeting of heads of delegation before the competition, which is the organization preparation practice of large-scale international sports events.
