Xinhua News Agency, Doha, February 28th the Qatar Football Association announced on the 28th that the 2023-year Asian Cup will be held from January 12 to February 10, 2024 local time.
Qatar Football Association also announced the establishment of Qatar Asian Cup organizing committee. There are 24 teams including the Chinese men’s football team participating in this Asian Cup.
In October 2022, the executive committee of the Asian Football Association voted to make Qatar the host of the 2023 Asian Cup. This is the third time that Qatar has held this event since 1988 and 2011.
