On January 7, Egyptian ambassador to China Asim hanaifei was invited to visit and inspect the Ying Tung Natatorium of the National Olympic Sports Center.
Zhang Zheng, deputy director of the National Olympic Sports Center, warmly welcomed the arrival of Ambassador Asim hanaifei and his party, and introduced the development history and facilities construction of the Olympic Sports Center to the ambassador in detail. Accompanied by Zhang He, Wang Shuang, curator of Ying Tung Natatorium and others, the ambassador and his party visited the swimming pool venues and facilities, and watched the flower tour performance of the small team members of Qiqi Shui Yang synchronized swimming club on the spot.
During the visit, the two sides took the youth synchronized swimming program as an opportunity to conduct in-depth exchanges on youth sports and cultural cooperation. Asim hanaifei highly affirmed the construction of the Olympic Sports Center and hoped to have further cooperation and exchanges with the Olympic Sports Center in water sports and jointly promote the continuous development of sports between the two countries.
