On the morning of April 22, the 21st track and field sports meeting of Anyang Normal University opened in the North playground of Xingge Avenue campus. The sports meeting takes “sports to promote youth and offer gifts to build the party for 100 years” as the main line, integrating a series of classic party history stories into sports events, bringing the study of party history for 100 years into students’ physical education classes and students’ life, in sports, teachers and students are well-planted to love the party’s patriotic feelings.
The team competition of “building the party for a hundred years, travel to Rebirth” organized the competition by college as a unit, and carried out the cross-country obstacle race in the form of group relay. The schedule was set to pass through destinations such as Zunyi, Yan’an, Jinggangshan, etc, in order to show the 100-year journey of the Communist Party of China. Through crossing obstacles, the players personally experienced the twists and turns and difficulties of building a party and establishing a career during the competition. During the competition, the narrator also explained the historical knowledge related to various revolutionary sites to the audience.
“This competition simulates the history of the party since its establishment and development. The obstacles in the competition are just like the hardships experienced by the party in its 100-year history, let’s review the party’s century-old ups and downs with personal experience and experience the greatness of the Communist Party of China.” Zhao Mengmeng, a teacher of the school, said.
