At 8 am, with the sound of the starting gun, after a tense competition, the Kenyan player MUTHIKRPETER MURIMI won the men’s championship at 29 minutes 22 seconds 54, and the A0001 player Liu Min won the women’s championship at 32 minutes 7 seconds 36.
As the organizer of this competition, Zhang Zheng, deputy director of the National Olympic Sports Center, said that this competition is one of the mass sports events that the Olympic Sports Center focuses on in the new cycle, the competition gives full play to the promoting role of the National Olympic Sports Center in the integration of competitive sports and national fitness. The Olympic Sports Center can provide venues for mass sports, and by holding brand competitions, more people can gather and dig out some excellent players.
The organizer said that all the players who finished the competition had the opportunity to apply for the grade certificate of the mass track and field fitness qualified players certified by the China Track and Field Association. The certificate is divided into five levels: Elite Level 1, elite level 2, Mass Level 1, mass Level 2, Mass Level 3, etc.

The men’s and women’s 10k results in this competition also created the best results in the 2023 10K elite series.
