Sports General Administration research institute training class for children and teenagers physical fitness coach held

BEIJING, April 3 (Xinhua) — in order to give full play to the advantages of sports scientific research, promote the transformation of sports scientific and technological achievements, better serve the masses, and cultivate children and teenagers physical fitness coach talents, the Research Institute of Physical Culture United champion home sports club of the State General Administration of Sports was held in Beijing and Shenzhen in March 17-19 and April 1-2 respectively for children and teenagers, fitness coaches, physical education teachers, scientific researchers and college students, carry out “Level training course for children and adolescents” and “Leve2 training course for children and adolescents”.

The training course covers two parts: Theory and Practice, and the system optimization integrates the relevant theoretical and practical knowledge of physical fitness of children and adolescents at home and abroad. Experts of teaching teachers include experts and scholars in many fields such as sports physiology, physical fitness training, sports psychology, sports injury science, sports nutrition, youth education and health. The content covers testing and evaluation, children and adolescents health, children and adolescents physical training theories and methods, sports injury rehabilitation, children’s growth and development, teaching methods and other aspects.

During the training, the participants actively participated in the interaction of lecturers in the theory class, which greatly improved the basic knowledge of sports theory in the child body major, have the courage to participate in sensitive coordination training, movement evaluation and correction training in practical classes, experience the scientific training system personally, and accumulate rich experience for future teaching practice, it can provide scientific and accurate physical fitness training guidance and services for children and adolescents in our country.
