Zhu Guanglan, deputy of the National People’s Congress: as a grass-roots representative, I personally felt that the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core is concerned with the stable development of Xinjiang and the people of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang. I hope to formulate more rural revitalization policies, attract large projects, large enterprises and large industries, attract more talents and retain talents.

Zhang Weihong, deputy of the National People’s Congress: as a representative from colleges and universities, I also deeply feel the rapid reform and development of western higher education since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. The proportion of graduates trained by our school in the field of national defense science and technology and employment in the western region has exceeded 40%, and the proportion of employment in national key industries has exceeded 70%. It is suggested to speed up the layout of universities in Western Region national scientific research platforms, optimize the layout of national key laboratories, stimulate the vitality of universities in western region’s basic research and scientific research innovation, support universities in western region to strengthen school-enterprise cooperation, and form colleges and universities in a planned scale, the complete chain of enterprises, local talents and scientific research industry.
Yang Denghui, deputy of the National People’s Congress: in 2017, as a technical student, I participated in the 44th world skills competition on behalf of China and won the champion of CNC milling project. After graduation, I stayed in school and became a teacher. At present, we are building a powerful manufacturing country, taking charge of Guangdong’s manufacturing industry, and are firmly promoting the “high quality development project of thousands of villages in thousands of counties”, striving to achieve high quality development, and the demand for highly skilled talents is increasing day by day.
